Electronic Learning Centre (ELC) is an enhanced teaching and learning environment where teachers broadcast lessons to students using a variety of educational software, and students interact and communicate with the teacher thought their student computing stations. The teacher's desktop PC and student computing stations are all linked to a server via a Local Area Network.
